Overall Experience Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Laguna Niguel

It has been roughly 2 years since I have made it in to a sports clips so I decided to give it another try. I walked in at 6:57 and was not greeted by anyone, 2 stylist were talking and one on the phone so I decided to check myself in at the kiosk. (which I thought was unique) Once i got half way through the self check in the girl turned around and said oh no we can not take we are closed and honestly she was rude about it. The sign still says open and I saw nothing in regards to a time limit to check in prior to a certain time before closing. If the door is open, the sign says open and its not technically 7:00 which is closing time then the employee should offer services especially if they are able to or at the very least offer an appointment for a later date. A brash were closed doesn't work for me especially when the door is unlocked and technically not closed as it was not 7 pm yet. I can only imagine what the hair cut would be like... if people don't like to be nice then they shouldn't be in the service industry .

Wow!!!!! Bridget gave me the Best MVP She listens and was really nice to my little guy also. Super patient with my 4 year old . My wife was impressed with how my son Joey’s hair looked. We will be back

Overall experience was awful. I walked into the shop and it was a whole new group of girl. Very high turn over. I proceeded to get a haircut, i had to ask the girl to stop because it was so bad. I’m not going to return. Long wait, and didn’t have a good vibe!
